Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Facerya is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK import duties and VAT depending on the order value. These charges are determined by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Facerya is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
